My presentation supports teachers in recognizing the strengths, identities, and lived experiences students bring into the classroom, especially multilingual learners in Davis. Through reflection, discussion, and student-centered examples, we will move beyond labels, strengthen Tier 1 instruction, create belonging, and uphold the dignity of every student so academic growth can improve for all learners.
